How can I buy some items?
If you want to purchase some items from our collection, add them to the shopping bag and place an order. After payment you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email specified at registration.
Standard sizes from the size chart don’t suit me, can you make goods according to my custom size?
Can you customize your item or make a new custom model not from catalog?
How long does it take to make my order?
For most standard items, the approximate production time is indicated in the product card, if you make an order from several items, the terms are summed up. We usually fit into them.
If at the time of ordering we have orders more than usual (for example, on Black Friday), we will inform you about the increase in the production time of your order by the email specified during registration.
How can I pay my purchase?
We accepted credit or debit Visa, Mastercard, Apple or Google pay.
Why are the prices on the website in USD, but total in a payment bank form in Russian roubles?
All prices are in USD, but total in bank payment page in Russian roubles (RUB) as required by the legislation of our country. Currencies are converted upon payment at the rate of your bank on the day of the transaction
Why is my payment not successful?
There may be several reasons. The most common of them is that your bank considered the transaction to be suspicious, since you rarely make purchases in Russia. You should contact your bank and confirm your payment.
Do you have worldwide shipping?
Yes, we have worldwide shipping. We send purchases with Russian Post or DHL Express. Standard shipping with Russian Post - $12, express with DHL - $40 for all countries. For order over $400 DHL Express Worldwide shipping - FREE.
How can I track my order?
When your order is ready and dispatched we will send you a tracking number. You will be able to monitor your shipment through tracking services or DHL official website.
Items don’t fit me, can I return it?
If it is a standard size item and in a saleable condition you can return it within 7 days after receiving the parcel. To do this, please write to us by mail [email protected] or on Instagram @alexgomolov_com.
You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
If it is a custom size item and all parameters correspond to the measurements you specified when ordering, we can’t accept a return.
